Intesa offers to attract strategic investor for Rosneft

Italian bank Intesa, which is consultant of Rosneft privatization, has offered to sell the stake in the company to a strategic investor, head of the Federal Property Agency Dmitry Pristanskov told reporters.

"In the first report they propose to consider the participation of strategic investors, considering a large enough volume to be placed on the stock exchange," - he said.
