Priority development area for Amur gas processing plant to be created after full structuring of the project by investors

The Russian Government will be ready to create a priority development area for Amur gas processing plant only after investors will completely structure the project, the Deputy Prime Minister, the presidential envoy in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev told reporters.

"We will create the priority development area for a specific project, as soon as it is fully structured, and investors prove that they are ready to start and to commit themselves," - said Trutnev. He added that the state couldn’t invest in non-fully-developed projects: "We can’t invest, where people say: “we will build the plant, but we haven’t yet agreed on the amount of gas production”. We advise them to come when everything will be agreed".
