Projection of offshore part of Turkish Stream in Russia has been ordered

The order on the projection of the offshore part of Turkish Stream in Russia has been made. The respective document was signed by the first deputy Minister of Energy, A. Texler.

The project presupposes 4 branches of the underwater gas pipeline with the diameter of 812.8 mm, the length of the route of the gas pipeline in Russia is 2.6 km. the order was signed on August 10th.

Gazprom ordered the contractors of Southern Gas Corridor, which serves for gas supply to the Black Sea route, to complete the works started but not to start working at new objects and also cancelled new tenders at the Southern Corridor for 55.5 bln roubles and breached the contract with Saipem ( Italy) hired for construction of the first branch of the offshore gas pipeline.
