The first sector of Chinese-Kazakh gas pipeline put into operation

The first sector of the second line of Chinese-Kazakh main pipeline is put into operation. The sector will deliver 10 billion cubic metres of natural gas per year.

When the second line is put into operation, this result can increase to 15 billion cubic metres.

The pipe of the second line will be laid from Beineu settlement in Kazakhstan to Shymkent in the south of the country via Bozoi settlement. In Shymkent the pipeline will be connected to the first line of Chinese-Kazakh gas line.
