The issue on the allocation of a previously disputed site on the East Siberian Sea’s shelf to Gazprom and Rosneft will be decided at the end of 2013 or at the beginning of 2014, the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia Denis Khramov reported to journalists today.
