Kazakhstan is going to process oil in China in tolling operation mode with further exports of ready products, the Deputy Minister of Oil and Gas of Kazakhstan B. Akchulakov says. Such opportunity is proposed by the intergovernmental agreement with China ‘About some issues of cooperation in development and exploitation of the oil pipeline Kazakhstan-China’.
