On October 14, court to consider complaints of BP-TNK’s minority shareholders, who demand an offer from Rosneft

The Moscow Arbitration Court has accepted the complaints of two minority shareholders of BP-TNK Holding (today RN Holding) and started proceeding against Rosneft, RN Holding reports.

The minority shareholder Sergei Davydov and Viktor Tsobenko ask the court to bind Rosneft to send a public offer on the purchase of their securities. A preliminary hearing will be held on October
