In the first 8 months, output of pipes in the Ukraine fell by 44%

In January-August 2015, main pipe enterprises of the Ukraine decreased the production of pipes of iron or steel, according to operative data, by 44.4% as compared with the same period in 2014 to 568.2 thousand tons.

According to a source in the Government, in August, the output of the pipe made up 72.1 thousand tons, while last month it was 68 thousand tons.

According to him, in January-August, the production of pipes at Khartsyzsk pipe plant (Donetsk region), located in the area of ​​the military operation, fell by 58.8% as compared with January-August 2014 to 66.3 thousand tons. In the July-August, the plant didn’t produce pipes.
