Oil companies to be obliged to provide inner market with fuel

 

FAS, Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology and Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic Supervision will decide whether it is necessary to adjust the quadruple agreements about the modernization of oil-refining plants and report to the government,it is said in the protocol of the meeting of the governmental committee for the fuel and energy sector of September 20th.

The agreements will be supplemented with the demand for the of minimum dispatch of fuel to the internal market and the minimum supplies the companies must have. The Head of FAS Dmitry Makhonin confirmed, the governmental committee was charged with going into the issue.
