Rosneft and Transneft agree on the expansion of Skovorodino-Mokhe oil line

Rosneft and Transneft have reached an agreement about the conditions of the expansion of Skovorodino-Mokhe oil pipeline delivering oil to China, a source acquainted with the results of the negotiations reported.
As told by the source, the day before the companies signed the agreements about the expanding of the branch to China and its financing due to a special tariff. At the same time, no new pipe would be needed and the pumping volumes could be increased due to modernization of one oil-pumping station.
