Merrill Lynch: Rosneft may increase its share in Bashneft to 71.9% for 63.2 bln rubles

Merrill Lynch believes that Rosneft can buy 11.7% of Bashneft from minority shareholders under the offer and increase its share in the company to 71.9%.
