Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port makes no progress in oil issue – the port’s Board of Directors doesn’t come to an agreement on Sheskharis oil area

The Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port’s (NMTP) Board of Directors has approved the concept of the company's development through until 2018. It provides for large-scale upgrade and the construction of new terminals. However, representatives of the NMTP’s shareholders - Transneft and the Summa group – haven’t agreed on the key issues: plan and value of the Sheskharis oil area reconstruction, in which Transneft is interested, are not coordinated. Sources of  Kommersant assure that the document will be changed, if new territories for Rosneft’s supply depot are joined to the port.
