Rosneft calls negotiations with Chinese partners difficult, and its results - compromise

The negotiations of Rosneft with its Chinese partners were difficult, but have led to a compromise result, head of the oil company Igor Sechin said in an interview with the Russia 24.

Rosneft and the China National Corporation for exploration and development of oil and gas (China National Oil & Gas Exploration and Development Corporation, is a member of CNPC) signed a framework agreement for the acquisition of 10% stake in Vankorneft on the sidelines of the APEC summit.

Furthermore, Sechin took part at the meeting of the Board of the Sino-Russian Eastern Petrochemical Company" (a joint venture of Rosneft and CNPC) in Beijing, where a feasibility study of the project of the Tianjin refinery complex construction was approved.
