Construction of the third stage of Chernigov refinery is completed

Siberian Business Union has completed construction of the third stage of Chernigov refinery.
The plant’s capacity will increase after the launch of new equipment by over 100% and will make up 250 thousand tons of oil processing per year with simultaneous increase of processing depth and quality of products.
