Gosgeonedr has renewed the validity of 2 licenses of Ukrgasdobycha and 4 of Poltava oil and gas company

The State Service for Geology and Subsoil of the Ukraine has renewed the validity of 2 special permissions for the subsoil use by Ukrgasdobycha with 30 days for the elimination of violations.

Temporarily the validity of 4 special permissions of JV Poltava oil and gas company has been renewed, 60 days are given to Tisagas Ltd for the elimination of violations by one of the licenses.

Previously the State Service for Geology and Subsoil terminated the validity of all the enumerated special permissions due to the claim of the State Fiscal Service by the debts of license holders before the state budget.

On November 30th the State Service for Geology and Subsoil temporarily terminated the validity of 40 special permissions or subsoil use due to the debts of extraction companies before the state budget as well as other violations.
