Sberbank filed a claim on the bankruptcy of the Baltic Plant to the Arbitration Court of St Petersburg. It is said about in the materials of the Court. The date for hearing is not set so far.
The action of Sberbank on the debt collection from the Baltic plant is in the amount of 52.5 million roubles is being considered in the court now. The next hearing is set for January 18, 2012.
