Rosneft to help “Summa” to construct terminal in Rotterdam

“Rosneft” may become a partner of “Summa” Group in the project on the construction of a terminal in Rotterdam. Summa acquired 25% shares of Shtandart Tt BV (operator of oil terminal construction in Rotterdam) from Dutch VTTI and consolidated 100%, the source, close to the port, said to “Vedomosti”.
The spokesmen for VTTI and “Summa” confirmed the fact of the deal and refused to disclose the details of the deal. A representative of VTTI has only said the deal was clinched on February 4.
