Moody’s forecasts deterioration of the performance of KMZ

Moody’s placed the rating of the emitter KazMunayGas Baa3 on review for possible downgrade. Analysts say it is due to low economic activity on the oil market.
Impaired credit of KMG is due to reduction of oil prices over the last months. Agency states that in the mid term oil prices will increase more slowly than it was expected earlier and there is risk that oil decline will continue.
