TMK discloses cost of GIPI purchase

According to the financial accounting, published by TMK Pipes, the company paid $39.131 million for the pipe plant Gulf International Pipe Industry L.L.C. (GIPI) in Oman. The purchaser has already received over 90% of the amount.
