The Ukraine proposes to process Azerbaijani oil at its oil-processing plants under a tolling scheme

The Ukraine is ready to discuss the processing of Azerbaijani oil at its refineries under a  tolling scheme.

As the AzerTAj reports, the Ukrainian Minister of Energy and Coal Industry, Eduard Stavitsky said this at the meeting with the Azerbaijani Minister of Industry and Energ,y Natik Aliev.
