Rosneft plans to launch petrochemical part of the Eastern petrochemical company in 2022

Rosneft plans to launch facilities of the oil-processing part of the Primorye complex by the end of 2020, and petrochemical facilities in 2022, general director of Eastern petrochemical company Yuri Kasyuk reported.

He recalled that Rosneft appointed Angarskneftekhimproekt a general contractor of the complex.

“The preparation of project documentation will take about 2 years, then governmental expertise will take place and we will start the construction. We will elaborate the working documentation concurrently with the project one that will allow us to combine processes of engineering and construction. This, in turn, will allow us to launch the facilities of the oil-processing part of the complex by the end of 2020. Petrochemical facilities will be launched in 2022,” – Yu.Kasyuk noted.
