Gazprom to be exempted from tax on the credits of Chinese banks

The interest payment of Gazprom on the credits of Chinese banks will be exempted from tax in Russia. The press-service of the Government stated the Cabinet of Ministers will consider protocol to amend the Russian-Chinese double-taxation agreement, dated October 13, 2014.
The protocol is aimed at the exemption from taxation of the credit interest in one country, which is paid out to the banks of another country.
