British business of Kolomoisky and Bogolyubov returns 9 wells in the Poltava region to Ukrgazdobycha

Poltava Oil and Gas Company, which is owned by British company JKX Oil & Gas plc, has abandoned the previously filed appeal and according to the decision of the Economic Court of Poltava region dated February 1 returned 9 wells at the Ignatievskoye and Molchanovskoye fields to Ukrgazdobycha in connection with the termination of the lease agreement dated September 6, 1995.
