"Yamal LNG" borrows €3.6 billion from the Russian state-owned banks for the construction of the plant.

International loans are not available yet because of sanctions.

"Yamal LNG" announced the conclusion of the loan agreement with Sberbank and Gazprombank for 3.6 billion for 15 years at the rate of six-month EURIBOR + 4.7% pa. "Interfax", citing sources stated that Sberbank would provide € 2.7 billion of this amount, and the rest - Gazprombank, funds are raised under guarantees of Russian export-credit agency "EXIAR" because it is an export-oriented production.
