NNK completes an updating of the Khabarovsk oil refinery

Alliance Oil Company (capital asset of Independent Oil&Gas Company of E.Khudainatov) is about to direct nearly 5 billion roubles for the updating of the Khabarovsk oil refinery in 2015. The total sum of capital investments of the Group will make up $250 million in 2015 (almost twice less than in 2013).
