RF Government to boost investment projects on GHG reduction

RF Prime Minister D.Medvedev signed a decree. Under the order carbon reduction plan have now been joined by new measures on the stimulation of investment projects in this field. It is stated on the web site of the Government.
Carbon reduction plan considers a creation of regulatory and legal framework in the area of carbon regulation, assessment and forecast of greenhouse gas emissions volume and forming of government control system of measures, which require government subsidy.
