Total has denied the information on signing the agreement with CubaPetroleo

Total has denied the information on the signing of the agreement on oil exploration at the shelf of Cuba with CubaPetroleo. The document of cooperation has really been signed but it refers the sale of oil products.

During the visit of the President of France, F. Hollande, to Havana, Total and Cupet signed an agreement but it was an agreement on the “expansion of the agreement of intentions” on the cooperation in the sphere of marketing and services. Nothing is said about the exploration of oil deposits in the signed document.
