"Transneft" leaves the construction site.

The monopoly will close its engineering companies.

As "the Kommersant" informs, "Transneft" has decided to finally get out of the engineering business. The monopoly eliminates three subsidiaries, which in 2013 replaced "Transneftstroy", the largest contractor for the construction of the ESPO-2 oil pipeline. "Transneft" explained the creation of its own construction companies with "exaggerated demands" of third-party contractors. Now the monopoly completes major projects and the development of engineering has lost all meaning.
