Kazanorgsintez to increase polyethylene output by a third until 2020

​The company will increase its pyrolysis capacities to 1 mln tons.

Kazanorgsintez PJSC (TAIF group) saves its plans on the increase of pyrolysis capacities to 1 mln tons.

According to the corporate development program, until 2020 it is planned to construct a new unit of ethylene production, high pressure polyethylene production. “B” reactors for low pressure polyethylene production will be modernized. It is planned to found the benzol production capacity.

The realization of these projects will allow to expand the ethylene capacities to over 1 mln tons a year (from 683.1 thousand tons in 2015). The company’s benzol production will allow to increase the profitability of final product production – polycarbonate.

At the second stage until 2025 it is planned to found the capacities on construction materials and polymers production of special purpose based on the deep processing of products of company’s output.
