Putin authorizes decline in state share in Alrosa to 33%

The state share in Alrosa can be reduced to 33.001%. This level is fixed by the decree of President Vladimir Putin on May 12, which amended the list of strategic enterprises and joint stock companies.

Now the Russian Federation owns 43.9% of Alrosa, i.e., based on the restriction, established by the decree, no more than 10.9% of the shares can be sold in the privatization.
