In Q1, Russian income from oil export fell 1.6 times

In the first quarter of this year, the Russian incomes from export of crude oil fell 1.6 times as compared to the same period of 2015 to $14.093 billion, the Federal Customs Service of Russia reports.

In January-March 2016, Russia supplied abroad 61.951 million tons of oil (+ 4.3%). The export to the non-CIS countries increased by 4.5% to 56.085 million tons. In value terms, the volume of the export amounted to $13.076 billion, which is 1.6 times less than in the same period last year.
