Government delegation of Laos suggested Rosneft, LUKOIL, Gazprom they take part in the implementation of Honla (Vietnam)-Thakhek (Laos) pipeline construction project and construction of an oil-processing plant. A spokesman for the Ministry of Energy of Russia states.
