Russian Ministry of Energy: Russia doesn’t lose competition on oil market

Russia hasn’t lost the competition on the oil market. The first Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Alexei Teksler stated this to reporters.

"There is a fierce competition on the oil market We continue to believe that the market will balance by the middle of next year. Russia (as well as OPEC) increased its production in comparison with the previous year by 2.1 % in the first six months of the year.
