ExxonMobil, Statoil and Eni to direct $14 billion for projects at the Russian shelf

A portfolio of offshore projects of Rosneft includes 46 licences for the shelves with total recoverable resources, amounting to 42 billion tons of oil equivalent, inclusive of 15 new licences for the sites on the Laptev, Kara, Barents, Azov and Chuckchee Seas, got in H1, 2013.
Part of the projects is meant for cooperation with international projects. The agreements with foreign companies will attract multi-billion investments into geological exploration.
