Rosneft want to become the only oil supplier to Belarus

Mass media reports that the Rosneft’s Head I.Sechin plans to take all profitable contracts with Belarus, including from other oil companies.
He wants to become an informal supervisor of economic relations of these two countries, particularly, plans of Russian investors on purchase of Belarusian enterprises, such as MAZ, BelAZ, Grodnoazot etc.
Note, on September 12 of 2013 A.Dvorkovich and V.Semashko should discuss the situation with the supplies decrease.
