Transneft to transport Kashagan oil on condition of stable deliveries

Transneft can transport oil from Kashagan and provide for preservation of its quality on condition of guaranteed stable deliveries, the company’s press secretary Igor Dyomin reported.
Oil extraction at Caspian deposit Kashagan started on Wednesday. KazMunaiGas reported, in 2013 the extraction would make up 1.5-3 million tons. KazMunaiGas, Eni, ExxonMobil, Royal Dutch Shell, Total, Inpex, as well as CNPC take part in the project. On September 7 the Head of KMG reported, CNPC purchased 8.33% in the project.
