The Ministry of Energy and the Coal Industry expects the launch of the Lisichansk refinery in January-June of 2014, the Deputy Director of the Ministry’s Department of Conventional and Alternative Fuel Production, Vadim Zaporozhchenko stated during the international conference Petroleum Ukraine 2013.
