Rosneft coordinates the main conditions of oil transit through Kazakhstan

The President and Chairman of the Rosneft’s Board, Igor Sechin has taken part in the Xth Forum of Intergovernmental Cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan that took place in Yekaterinburg on November 11th of 2013 with the participation of the Presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan, Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev.
