Rosneft has raised loan of 38 billion rubles in Verkhnechonskneftegaz. The credit is granted for funds redistribution and for the paying off of financial liabilities. Rosneft binds itself to pay back the sum and the interests accrued under the contract not later than October 25 2018. The credit contract was closed on November 12th 2013.
On November 8th, Rosneft Board of Directors agreed the taking of the interest bearing loan from RN Holding JSC for the analogical sum of 38 billion rubles.
