The Russian authorities can postpone Rosneft privatization to 2016

~~The further privatization of Rosneft can be postponed from 2015 to 2016, and the Russian Government will negotiate about possible participation with the current shareholders of the company including BP, the First Vice Premier, I. Shuvalov says.
The points of discussion will be the structuring of the transaction and its form. They will invite to discussion the experts and the investment banks. If the current shareholders of the company including BP get interested then the authorities will be happy if these bodies participate in the further transactions on sales of the state shareholding.
