The Ukraine stops buyin Russian gas until the first severe cold

Kiev has fulfilled a promise to stop the state purchase of Russian gas, if Gazprom will change its attitude  to the August debt of the Ukraine. Naftogas Ukrainy stopped taking the monopoly’s gas from Friday. None of the parties comments on the situation officially, but, according to sources of the Kommersant, Naftogas doesn’t plan to buy gas from Gazprom util the end of the year, instead using the underground gas storages. The only supplier of Russian gas to the country will be Ostchem of Dmitry Firtash. But severe cold could change the situation.
