"As it was predicted earlier this year autumn and winter in Russia is much colder than in the previous year. October was cold in record amount, and in the period of November 1 to 9, the temperature in the zone of Unified Gas Supply System was at the average by 5 degrees Celsius lower than in same period in 2013. This led to a significant increase in the gas consumption in Russia," - the message notes.
