E.Korzun: Independent Oil companies support multiplying co-efficient of geological exploration expenses deduction from the profit tax

The Ministry of Natural Resources suggests to apply the multiplying coefficient to the costs for prospecting and assessment of hydrocarbon reserves in the calculation of profit tax since January 1, 2016 The draft law goes approval in the government now. They anticipate that, first of all, independent oil companies, which are most likely to bring new technological solutions during the investigation and can better than the majors, adapt to the geological risks, will support the privileges.
