"Rosneft" can resume drilling in the Kara Sea in 2017-2018, the RF Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Minister Sergei Donskoi told the reporters at "Exploration - 2015". According to him, the drilling is postponed "for a later date, for 2017-18". As previously reported, "Rosneft" because of the sanctions froze the project for drilling wells in the Kara Sea in the Arctic in 2016.
