Belarus asks for 23 million tons of oil in 2014, Russia offers 21 million tons

Belarus has asked for the supply in the amount of 23-23.5 million tons of oil from Russia in 2014, but the Russian party offers 21 million tons, the Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak reported on Thursday.
“Belarus asks for 23-23.5 million tons,” – Novak said to journalists.
