Igor Sechin explains why Rosneft concludes deals in offshore territories

Rosneft concludes several deals though offshore companies at its partners’ insistence, the company’s head Igor Sechin stated on Thursday, on December 12, in answer to criticism of the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to Sechin, Rosneft doesn’t make any profit, working with offshore companies. “We don’t have economic efficiency to work with offshore companies,” – the RIA Novosti cites Sechin.
