The rate of benefits in mineral tax rate for the minor independent oil producers is by 5-20 times lower than for their large competitors. These data are declared in the research of the energy center Skolkovo devoted to stimulation of development of the minor and medium independent oil companies in Russia. The fund executed the research under the order of the associations for minor and medium independent oil producers Assoneft.
