Novatek has founded subsidiary in Singapore

The Russian largest independent gas producer Novatek has received to indirect holding 100% in NOVATEK Gas & Power Asia in Singapore. Novatek received the right to manage the asset over Novatek Oversea AG registered in Switzerland.
Novatek is the Russian second largest gas producer. It was founded in 1994. The deposits and the license sites are located in the Yamal-Nenets autonomous area.
