Rosneft to buy 30% in concession contract and 15% in operator of the Shoruk block

The Rosneft's Board of Directors has approved the purchase of 30% stake in the concession agreement of the Shoruk gas block in Egypt and 15% in the operator of the project for $2.8 billion.
