Amendments were made in way of crude oil export duty rates calculation

The Governmental decree №2 dated 03.12.2014 has made amendments in the way of calculation of export duties on crude oil and several oil products.
It was decided that from January 1 of 2014 the rate of export duty on crude oil, which is classified by code TN VED TS 2709 00, excluding crude oil, classified by codes TN VED TS 2709 00 900 1, 2709 00 900 3, 2709 00 900 2, and gas condensate, classified by code TN VED TS 2709 00 100 1, will be calculated by one of the following formulae:
